ARCO has developed a unique conveyor system for loading and unloading trucks focused on packages. The (un)load conveyor can load and unload a full trailer of parcels into a dock system. The system provides a constant flow of parcels to the next process, making it extremely efficient. The conventional loading and unloading of packages is very labor intensive and is often not an ergonomically responsible procedure. Automating this process reduces the labor factor and complies with occupational health and safety legislation. The (un)load conveyor can be integrated into any e-commerce environment.

How our (un)load conveyor works
The loading and unloading process of a modern warehouse must be flexible enough to adapt to the different truck heights and lenghts. Our unload conveyor has a platform with an adjustable height to facilitate the loading and unloading process. The flexible positioning levels provide ergonomic ease for employees and result in both high productivity and employee delight. In addition, each unload conveyor is equipped with a flexible cable reel so it can be used at any dock.
Use of our (un)load conveyor
Our unload conveyor is suitable for loading or unloading all kinds and sizes of packaging. Whether it is cardboard boxes, postal boxes, shipping boxes or crates, it can all be loaded or unloaded with the conveyor system. The unload conveyor is designed according to a standard which makes it usable in any logistics process, even in existing systems.
