How our waste conveyors work
ARCO’s various waste conveyor systems are each optimized for specific types of waste. Waste conveyors with rubber conveyor belts are very suitable for larger pieces of waste. In addition, plastic conveyor belts are also extremely suitable for removing cardboard, vegetable, fruit and garden waste.
Waste created during production can be transported directly to the desired destination via ARCO’s waste conveyors. For example by placing containers or shredders. In this way, there is no pollution at the production site and valuable space is available within the production facility to perform other tasks.
Use of our waste conveyors?
Waste conveyors are used for the removal of waste. This can be smaller pieces of waste such as scrap metal, PET, paper, newspaper waste, cardboard packaging, plastics, wood, boxes, beverage cartons, cans, vegetables, fruit, garden waste and boxes. However, unequally shaped materials can also be removed without any problem via a conveyor belt.
Chain conveyors are a good alternative for large pieces of waste. Chain conveyors are often used to transport larger general cargo such as containers and pallets with pressed waste. Extraction systems can also be used for particles that are released during the comminution process of a product.
