How our spiral conveyors work
It can be quite a challenge to get all your products in height with a limited floor space. A belt conveyor can be placed at a certain angle to bridge a difference in height, but with this solution a lot of useful floor space can be lost. By using a spiral conveyor it is possible to bridge a large difference in height on a small surface.
For downward transport of boxes or crates, use can be made of gravity or a driven spiral/wokkel. When transporting boxes or crates upwards, a driven conveyor is required. The drive is located at the top or bottom of the spiral conveyor and makes virtually no noise. There are different types of spiral conveyors, the correct type is determined depending on the dimensions and weight of the product.

Spiral conveyors are safe and can handle a large capacity. This means that they can be used in a variety of industries. The spiral conveyor can move a wide range of products and packaging: from boxes and bags to crates and trays and from jars to cans and from bottles to bundles of paper.
