How our turntables work
A turntable is often used so that a crate, box or product can be picked up without product spilling on the floor. The system is made up of a main frame with a universal drive unit on top. By means of a gear reducer. The turntable can rotate left and right.
Use of our turntables?
ARCO can design turntables for an existing line, but we can also set up a completely new line and integrate a turntable into it. It is possible to use the turntable as an end buffer at the end of a production process, but the turntable can also serve as a supply buffer system for example: trays with fruit, meet or vegetables. ARCO can provide a custom turntable, with an optional raised edge and one or more product guides that ensure that the product is slid in. The turntables can be supplied in various versions.
