How our multihead weigher works
The pre-selected product ends up in the multihead weigher. The product is distributed over different weighers using vibrating feeders. The multihead weigher determines the precise weight per weigher. Then it calculates, based on that data, which weighers must unload their product, in order to get the correct total weight. This works for one product, but can also be used to weigh several products. By pre-setting the proportions in which the products should be mixed, the multihead weigher can quickly and effectively weigh and unload the correct quantities of product, so that they are combined in the correct proportions.

An ARCO multihead weigher can be used in various industries. In the food industry, this machine can be used for weighing nuts, seeds, dried fruit and candy. But the multihead weigher can also be used in the non-food sector. In the recycling and bulk industry, the machine can be used for animal feed or for metal and plastic parts.
