How our swing screens work
Due to the continuous horizontal oscillating movement of the swing screen, the material remains on the screen and only the small enough particles fall down through the screen. The larger particles remain on the sieve and slide slowly towards the discharge direction. The dimensional stability of the swing screen is extremely accurate.
Use of our swing screens
Areas of application of a swing screen are often found in the wood industry. The maximum capacity of a swing screen is limited, depending on the product. Up to four different fractions can be sorted. The best sieving results can be achieved thanks to the horizontal swing movement with hardly any vibrations. The swing screen is not suitable for sieving adhesive and wet materials, but is frequently used in wood processing industries, bulk solids and dry bulk.
