They organize training sessions and courses to keep employees’ knowledge up to date. That way, they can advise and help our customers as best as possible and with the latest methods.

Innovation is embedded in the DNA of our organization, so we believe it is only natural to invest in it. Every year, we invest 4% of our budget in new innovations and methods. We test all new innovations down to the very last detail, even though that sometimes takes a lot of time and energy. Continuing the process and pushing boundaries is how you make progress.
