ARCO’s document printing, folding and insertion units automate the creation and placement of order paperwork inside each carton. Connected to your WMS or ERP, the system prints documents on demand, folds them to the right size, buffers the stack and inserts at the exact point in the packing flow. Lines keep moving while paperwork stays accurate and traceable.

Here is how it works. An open carton is scanned and matched to the order file. Variable data is generated, then the unit prints the packing slip or invoice, folds it, and places it inside the carton or tote just before closing. A barcode or camera check confirms the insert, and any mismatch is routed to a rework lane. Every step is logged in real time.
