Automatische Pallet Stapelaar van ARCO Solutions / ARCO's automated pallet stacker

ARCO’s palletizers and depalletizers automate stacking and unstacking across common formats such as Euro and Düsseldorfer. A pallet magazine feeds the unit, which places or removes pallets and hands them off to roller or chain conveyors with accurate positioning. The result is higher throughput with fewer manual lifts.

In operation, the system picks pallets from the storage box and delivers them to the line. The reverse flow removes empty pallets and returns them to the magazine. Traverse shuttles bridge longer distances without building full conveyor runs, while pallet lifts handle vertical moves in compact spaces.

Each installation is tailored to your pallet mix and plant layout. Controls synchronize with upstream and downstream equipment for predictable routing and safe interaction. ARCO’s solution supports the agri food and logistics markets and can be extended with additional outfeeds or buffering as volumes grow.

Key features of palletizers & depalletizers

ARCO’s palletizers and depalletizers automate the stacking and unstacking of pallets for efficient handling and stable flow. Each system integrates easily into existing lines and creates a safer, more ergonomic workplace with less manual lifting and consistent pallet quality.

Automatic stacking and unstacking
Pallets are automatically picked, stacked, or separated with high accuracy, reducing manual labor and keeping the process consistent across shifts.
Easy integration
The systems connect smoothly to existing conveyors and pallet handling equipment, fitting into both new and established production environments.
Stable pallet stacks
Each pallet is aligned precisely, ensuring uniform and secure stacks that prevent tipping or product damage during storage or transport.
Ergonomic and time-saving
Automation reduces physical strain and handling time, allowing operators to focus on supervision and logistics coordination instead of repetitive lifting.

How palletizers & depalletizers work in practice

In practice, a pallet magazine feeds the unit and the system stacks or separates pallets automatically with stable alignment. The controller positions each pallet precisely, then hands it off to a roller or chain section for onward transport. Operation is simple and repeatable, which raises throughput and reduces manual lifting. ARCO configures the cell for your pallet mix, including Euro and Düsseldorf formats, and ties it into pallet lifts for compact vertical moves. When a line must bridge distance, a traverse shuttle moves pallets laterally on rails and returns for the next cycle, so you avoid long continuous runs of conveyor. The result is a reliable flow with ergonomic handling and consistent stack quality across shifts.
